The 154-guest MS Maribelle, the sister ship of Viking Seine, sails year-round in southern France, doing 7-night cruises along the Saone and Rhone Rivers. During this cruise you'll explore the regions of Burgundy and Provence, with possible visits to the historic Papal Palace in Avignon. The dress onboard a Viking River cruise is casual. Dinner attire is called "evening casual," which means open-neck shirts, slacks, dresses and sport outfits. Captain's Welcome and Farewell Nights are dressy, but not formal.

Viking River Cruises isn't very family-friendly. In fact, they don't have any children's facilities or programs in place, and actually do not allow children under 12 years of age to cruise with them. Furthermore, they reserve the right to restrict the number of minors under the age of 18 that sail onboad their ships.
