Le Quebrada is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Acapulco. It's a place where cliff divers entertain tourists and locals by diving off of very high cliffs into the ocean. It's a very exciting thing to watch! There is a restaurant nearby.
El Zócalo is the main plaza in Acapulco, located right in the heart of the city. There is a bandstand there and on Sundays there is usually music and dance shows going on in this beautiful area. There is a cathedral and many restaurants in this area as well.
Delfines Paradise is a place where you can "swim with the dolphins," which is very popular among tourists. It's a great place to spend a few hours, especially with your kids.
Port Location The cruise port is located right across from the Town Square. Taxis are readily available to take you downtown. Taxi fares aren't pre-set so be sure to agree on a price prior to departing, to ensure you aren't taken advantage of. There are actually a few beaches within walking distance of the port.
