Handicapped Friendly Cruise Lines?

Are there certain cruise lines that are more handicapped-friendly than others? For example, are there certain cruise lines or ships that have more accommodations and public spaces with features for disabled guests than others?

Thank you very much for any information about this, as I'm researching for my father who would love to go on a cruise but is hesitant because he's in a wheelchair.
